Since 2003, David has worked with numerous self advocates and families to develop creative housing models including home ownerships, microboards and projects with housing developers. He has also done 23 trainings across the state since 2010 on housing options for people with disabilities along with numerous other trainings on services. He has also participated in housing committees for the Department of Human Services and Department of Aging. For the past 5 years, he was Project Lead for a housing project funded by the PA Development Disabilities Council. He currently consults for the PA Family Network and provides housing counseling under the waivers for Terrapin House.

Alisa brings her expertise as a Residential buyer and seller’s real estate agent. She is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), PAR (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors), and Tri-County Suburban Realtors.
She began her human services career over 30 years ago and has experience in behavioral health and intellectual disabilities services as a clinical technician, QMRP, Program Specialist and manager.
This combined experience makes her uniquely qualified to support individuals seeking a home of their own.
